 o celebrate the seasonal closing of our pool\, we want to say goodbye with
  a special day! It will be a unique opportunity to spend time together and
  fully enjoy our pool before the winter break. We have planned activities 
 for children and adults\, to move the body and soothe the mind\, ending wi
 th an afternoon tea in our Lemon Greenhouse. Water Olympics: this class of
 fers children and teens a positive and engaging experience in the pool\, f
 ostering a relaxed and fun introduction to the aquatic environment. The po
 ol becomes a space for play\, discovery and collaboration\, where water is
  not experienced as a place for performance or technical learning\, but ra
 ther as an environment to explore and share. The activity is open to child
 ren and teens from 7 to 14 years old\, at all levels of experience. Acquag
 ym: this energizing session is dedicated to adults\, with a workout that a
 lternates between aerobic and anaerobic activities and an increasingly dyn
 amic rhythm and fun\, stimulating exercises. Spa and sound healing with an
 cestral instruments: we will care for our bodies alternating between the s
 auna and steam bath\, allowing the warmth to relax and restore the body\, 
 followed by a gentle rosemary scrub to exfoliate\, refresh\, and renew the
  skin. A second moment will then be dedicated to a sound bath with ancestr
 al instruments\, experienced either directly in the water or outdoors\, in
 viting us to slow down\, reconnect with the breath and return to a place o
